Foster’s along with Pradeep Naik hosted the Hungarian Grand Prix for all the Formula 1 fans of Goa. Foster’s, who have an uncanny habit of churning out exciting F1 events, chose the most appropriate place for fans to cheer on their favourite drivers – ASHVEK VINTAGE WORLD, Goa’s first and only showroom and workshop for vintage cars at NH 17,Nuvem Salcete – Goa.
Formula 1 fans were greeted with the Schumi track, an innovative idea in keeping with the F1 theme which was a track laid out on the floor with stop for the face painting counter and the Foster’s fuel stop, a Datsun pickup converted into a bar. A blue beauty – 1926 Austin model and a 1936 Tempo double engine amongst other cars generated a lot of attention.
The highlight of the event was the auction of a framed original photograph of all the Formula 1 drivers clicked at the Australian Grand Prix 2004.
